For over two decades I have been supporting business owners, entrepreneurs and senior teams through motivating team members, improving company culture and accountability, or completely re-inventing their business, becoming employee owned or creating effective executive strategy with buy in.
I have worked in established businesses, family businesses (I grew up in several), start-ups, retail, corporate, tech, hospitality, engineering and many more.
I spent much of the 80’s and 90’s at the cutting edge of the high tech sector in both London and Silicon Valley, California In almost every aspect of product companies from retail to corporate with giants like IBM or Oracle to startups and venture capital backed companies.

As a NED I sit at your board or leadership team meetings and advise or challenge but basically work in the interests of the organisation. As a non-exec I wield no executive power. My experience means I can offer independent external perspectives.
